  • \* Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagementment, in der Akquisition von Bauprojekten sowie in der Bauleitung - idealerweise im Straßen-, Tief- oder Verkehrswegebau
  • \* Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit Mitarbeitende zu begeistern und zu binden
  • \* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung sowie hohes Kostenbewusstsein
  • \* Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen (idealerweise RIB iTwo) sowie MS-Office

Ihr Beitrag bei uns:

  • \* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des operativen Teams
  • \* Verantwortung für den operativen Ablauf und das Tagesgeschäft
  • \* Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung komplexer Bauprojekte im Kanal-, Tief- und Verkehrswegebau
  • \* Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher, terminlicher und technischer Zielerreichung
  • \* Selbstständige Akquisition von Aufträgen und Betreuung von Kunden sowie Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • \* Verhandlungsführung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Nachunternehmern
