  • Als Gruppenleiter:in Logistik übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle dabei, unsere Lieferfähigkeit sicherzustellen, Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam mit deinem Team eine reibungslose Kundenbelieferung zu gewährleisten.

## Was wirst du tun

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Warenausgang
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Durchführung von Personal-, Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanungen sowie Kostenkontrollen des Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Gewährleistung einer hohen Lieferperformance hinsichtlich Qualität und Termintreue
  • Überwachung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessvorgaben (u.a. Gefahrgut, Ladungssicherung und Zoll)
  • Sicherstellung der Daten- und Prozessqualität in SAP/EWM
  • Unterstützung bei Inventuren und Bestandsabgleichen

## Wer du bist

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachlagerist:in oder relevanten Berufserfahrungen mit technischem Verständnis
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrungen
  • Staplerführerschein
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit mit einer selbstständigen und exakten Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft in Schichten zu Arbeiten
