Ihre Arbeit ist entscheidend für die Qualität unserer Produkte und die Innovationskraft von SUSS. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Gruppenleiter Produktion (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Organisation und disziplinarische Führung des unterstellten Bereichs
  • Verantwortung für den zeit- und qualitätsgerechten Aufbau von Maschinen, Anlagen, Modulen und Serviceaufträgen
  • Planung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen, Durchführung der Personalbeurteilungen und Einweisung neuer Mitarbeiter und Auszubildender
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Herstellkosten, Durchlaufzeiten, Produktivität und Qualität sowie Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätssicherungssystems gemäß DIN ISO 9001
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit an den Montageplätzen, Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen zur rechtzeitigen Fertigstellung der Produktionsaufträge und bei Bedarf aktive Unterstützung bei der Montage

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Mechatronik oder Elektroniktechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise fundierter Führungsverantwortung, idealerweise im produzierenden Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau, vorzugsweise im Gerätebau für Mikroelektronik und Mikrosystemtechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung, Optimierung und Dokumentation von Arbeitssystemen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
