Wir suchen für unsere Hauptverwaltung in Dortmund zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Gruppenleitung (m/w/d) im Bereich Bilanzierung & Fondsverwaltung für unsere Abteilung Aktuariat.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team verantworten Sie die mathematischen Abschlüsse nach HGB inklusive Gewinnzerlegung.
  • Darüber hinaus steuern Sie die Verwaltung und Abrechnung des Konsortialgeschäfts sowie unserer Rückversicherungsverträge.
  • Sie verantworten die Verwaltung unserer fondsgebundenen Versicherungen.
  • Sie wirken im Großprojekt zur Einführung eines neuen Bestandsführungssystems mit, indem Sie die fachliche Anbindung sowie Integration der Prozesse Ihrer Gruppe sicherstellen.
  • Die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools sowie deren Umsetzung in die bestehende IT-Systemlandschaft treiben Sie aktiv voran.
  • Sie und Ihre Gruppe unterstützen den verantwortlichen Aktuar und die versicherungsmathematische Funktion.
  • Sie führen Ihr Team auf Augenhöhe und fördern ein wertschätzendes und gemeinschaftliches Miteinander.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben ein mathematisch oder wirtschaftlich geprägtes Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und/oder in der Verwaltung fondsgebundener Versicherungen.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Führung oder Steuerung von Teams bzw. Projekten mit.
  • Sie sind kommunikativ und haben Spaß an Projektarbeit. Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Selbstständigkeit aus.
  • Sie legen Ihren Fokus im Berufsalltag nicht nur auf fachliche Themen, sondern insbesondere auch auf die Menschen in Ihrem Team, ganz im Sinne einer teamorientierten Mitarbeiterführung.
