Gruppenleitung (m/w/d)

Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 30,9 Stunden. Die Stelle ist auf ein Jahr befristet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Begleitung, Förderung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Produktionsprozessen für gewerbliche Kunden
  • Fachliche Dokumentation von Förderplänen und der ganzheitlichen Entwicklungsverläufe

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als geprüfte Fachkraft für Arbeits- und Berufsförderung, Arbeitserzieher/-in, Heilerziehungspfleger/-in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im sonderpädagogischen Bereich
  • Bereitschaft, sich auf die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderung einzustellen
  • Freude an der Vermittlung von Kenntnissen und Fertigkeiten
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Kritikfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Unterstützung der Ziele des Werkstattträgers
