Wir suchen Sie im Bereich Diagnostik/Familien Intensivdiagnostikgruppe „Wichtelgruppe“ – als

  • Gruppenleitung (m/w/d)
  • zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Deine Aufgaben:
  • Einarbeitung in den Kontext Intensivdiagnostikgruppe
  • Einarbeitung in die Rolle Gruppenleitung und Entwicklung eines systemischen Führungsverständnis
  • Die Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
  • Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit im Kontext einer Intensivdiagnostikgruppe
  • Professionelles Handeln in Bezug auf die Bedarfe Kinder im stationären Übergangssetting
  • Metkompetenz und Wertschätzung für die Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Herkunftsfamilien
  • Kooperation/Vernetzung mit externen und internen Systemen
  • Darauf kannst du dich freuen:

  • Zusammenarbeit in einem qualifizierten Fachkräfteteam

  • Gut zu wissen:
  • Du benötigst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Pädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit, Heil-pädagogik oder Psychologie
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe
  • Du hast eine systemische Zusatzqualifikation oder strebst diese an
  • Du bringst eine wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber Kindern/Jugendlichen und ih-ren Familien mit und orientierst dein Handeln an systemischen Grundannahmen
  • Führerschein
