In der heilpädagogischen Kindertagesstätte Farbenfroh bieten wir in einer integrativen Krippengruppe und sechs heilpädagogischen Kleingruppen Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung für Kinder mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung.

Wir arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team und kooperieren mit niedergelassenen Therapeut\*innen. Unser Ziel ist es, eine alters- und entwicklungsangemessene Teilhabe für jedes einzelne Kind zu ermöglichen.

Die Stelle ist befristet bis zur Rückkehr der Stelleninhaberin, derzeit längstens bis zum 31.08.2027.

## Das machen Sie gerne:

  • bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung, Förderung und Pflege von Kindern mit Beeinträchtigung im Alter von 3-6 Jahren
  • selbstständige Planung und Durchführung des Gruppenalltages
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklung der Kinder
  • Erstellung von Individuellen Hilfeplänen
  • Praxisanleitung von Auszubildenden und Praktikant\*innen
  • wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit mit Familien und Führen von Entwicklungsgesprächen

## Das macht Sie aus:

  • Abschluss als staatlich anerkannter Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
  • eigenverantwortliches Handeln, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • fundiertes Fachwissen über die Entwicklung von Kindern mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Autismus-Spektrum
  • Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildungen
