About the role

We’re looking for a GTM generalist to join our Singapore team. You’ll work closely with the commercial team across sales development, hiring, GTM operations and special projects.

This role covers several things at once, and its scope will change as HUD’s needs change. Today that includes running our Sales Development team, who persuade businesses and individuals to list useful data on HUD, and helping us hire them. Over time it may lean more towards sales, operations, partnerships or something new, depending on where you can have the most impact.

Responsibilities

This role is intentionally broad and will change depending on the company’s needs, but the focus of your first 3-6 months may include (but is not limited to):

Run the day-to-day of the SDR team: set outreach and listing targets, run stand-ups, review calls and messages, and give regular feedback.

Co-own SDR hiring and onboarding: screen applicants, run work trials, and onboard new starters with product training, scripts and tools.

Own GTM operations: keep the CRM, pipeline data, playbooks and tools in good shape, and send a weekly update on outreach and listings.

Turn current buyer demand into outreach priorities, working with the commercial team.

Support deals and partnerships where needed, from preparing materials to coordinating handoffs with senior teammates.

Take on cross-functional projects with the founders, turning open-ended questions into clear recommendations and simple, scalable systems.

Help with Singapore-based GTM activity such as events, community meetups and local partners.

Active but thoughtful use of AI to automate as much of the above as possible.

Experience

You may be a good fit if you have:

2–3 years in a GTM role such as sales development, business development, sales or revenue operations, or a startup generalist role.

Experience owning targets or outcomes, and a track record of hitting them.

Experience training, coaching or leading others, formally or informally.

Strong organisation and judgement to prioritise competing demands and keep commitments on track.

Clear spoken and written English, and comfort moving between hands-on work and bigger-picture questions.

Strong candidates may also have:

Early-stage startup experience, especially in a role that changed shape as the company grew.

Experience hiring or managing contractors or remote team members.

Experience using AI or tools such as Clay or Apollo to automate workflows, not just for research.

Interest in AI and data.

Team & company details

You’ll work with HUD’s commercial team and the founders, and lead our Singapore SDRs. Senior teammates will support technical assessments, pricing discussions and contract questions.

Team Size : ~25 people currently, mostly full-time in-person, but some remote.

Our team: Our team brings together five International Olympiad medalists across IOI, ILO and IPhO, researchers published at NeurIPS and ICLR, and engineers and researchers from Google DeepMind, Amazon, AWS, Meta, Qwen, GLM, and Mercor. It also includes operators from BCG and Uber, the first security hire at one of the largest crypto exchanges, serial AI startup founders, former quant researchers, artists and the former #1 ranked Catan player in the world.

Company stage: We have 8 figures in funding and are scaling profitably and quickly to meet very strong demand.

Logistics

Employment : Full-time.

Location : Singapore-based, in our Raffles Place office.

Time Zone : Singapore business hours, with some calls overlapping San Francisco.

Visa Sponsorship : We provide support for relocation and visas for strong full-time candidates to the US or Singapore.

Timeline : Applications are rolling. The process is 2 technical interviews and a 2-3 day work trial.

Compensation

Singapore-based | Full-time | SGD 72,000–100,000 annual OTE

The range is annual total pay at target, including performance-related pay earned by meeting goals. Your offer will specify the base salary and performance-pay split.
