Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •Welcome guests with friendly, professional service from check-in through check-out.
• •Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• •Assist guests with reservations, room changes, special requests, and general inquiries.
• •Answer incoming telephone calls and provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and availability.
• •Process payments, verify guest identification, and maintain accurate guest records.
• •Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and work toward a positive resolution.
• •Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance regarding guest requests and room status.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• •Monitor hotel activity and follow established safety and security procedures.
• •Assist with additional duties as assigned by hotel management.
