We’re recruiting experienced Hairdressers and Hairdressing Salon Managers for our TONI&GUY salons across London. You’ll drive performance, elevate client experience and lead a high‑performing team in a premium salon environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll take full ownership of salon success - motivating your team, growing sales, and delivering exceptional service, all while representing the creativity and standards TONI&GUY is famous for worldwide.

What You’ll Get

Market leading service commission up to 40% and retail commission of 20%.

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding client experiences

Drive sales, retail performance and profitability

Manage day‑to‑day salon operations, staffing and standards

Recruit, train and develop talent at every level

Act as a true TONI&GUY brand ambassador

About You

Proven Salon Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a premium salon

Qualified Stylist or Colour Technician

Commercially driven, organised and people‑focused

Passionate about leadership, growth and great hair
