Bei der Ortsgemeinde Gondershausen ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt die Stelle eines

Gemeindearbeiters (Hallenwart) (m/w/d)

zu besetzen.

Der Einsatz ist im Rahmen einer geringfügigen Beschäftigung (Entgeltgruppe 3 TVöD) geplant.

Die Anzahl der zu erbringenden Arbeitsstunden beläuft sich auf ca. 15,0 Monatsstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Unterhaltung der Gunthershalle
  • Ansprechpartner für beauftragte Prüfer, Dienstleister
  • Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen
  • Unterstützung des Gemeindearbeiters bei bestimmten Arbeiten auch außerhalb der Gunthershalle

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Elektrotechnische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung in Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungstechnik
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis,
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie Einsatzbereitschaft.
