Die Pan´s Service GmbH ist ein Immobilien- und Servicedienstleistungsunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Verwaltung, Betreuung und Instandhaltung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien. Zur Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Zustands unserer Immobilien suchen wir zuverlässige Handwerker zur Durchführung von Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Renovierungsarbeiten.

Der Einsatz erfolgt in den von der Pan´s Service GmbH betreuten Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien im regionalen Umfeld.

Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

  • Durchführung von Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten in Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Beseitigung kleinerer Schäden und Mängel in Wohnungen und Gemeinschaftsflächen
  • Renovierungsarbeiten (z.B. Malerarbeiten, kleinere Trockenbauarbeiten, Silikonarbeiten, Montagearbeiten)
  • Austausch und Reparatur von Türen, Schlössern, Armaturen und anderen Bauteilen
  • Unterstützung bei Wohnungsrenovierungen bei Mieterwechsel
  • Kontrolle des technischen und baulichen Zustands der Immobilien
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Anforderungen:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Arbeitsmaterialien
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
