  • Durchführung von handwerklichen Tätigkeiten und Reparaturen in unseren Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekten
  • Kleinere Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Renovierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Einsatz und Pflege in Gartenanlagen/Grünflächen, wie Rasenmähen – Heckenschnitt – Bepflanzung
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen Zustands unserer Immobilien
  • Unterstützung bei anfallenden handwerklichen Arbeiten verschiedener Gewerke
  • Einsatz in verschiedenen firmeneigenen Objekten im Raum Berlin
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Reparatur, Instandhaltung oder Gebäudeservice
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Handwerker, Elektriker, Maler, Trockenbauer, Sanitärinstallateur, Schlosser, Tischler, Monteur oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Auch erfahrene Quereinsteiger (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) mit handwerklichem Hintergrund sind willkommen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die interne Kommunikation
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
