  • Technische Betreuung unserer Immobilien
  • Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten der Gebäude
  • Betreuung der Haustechnik
  • Kontrolle, Wartung, Pflege und Instandhaltung von technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen (z.B. Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär)
  • Durchführung des Winterdienstes (Räum- und Streudienst)
  • Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Innen- und Außenbereichen
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende, Bewohnende, Beschäftigte und Dienstleistende
  • Koordination und Begleitung externer Handwerks- und Servicefirmen
  • Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz (regelmäßige Rundgänge, Kontrolle von Fluchtwegen)
  • Dokumentation von durchgeführten Maßnahmen
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z.B. Elektriker*in, Installateur*in, Schlosser*in, Schreiner*in o.ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hausmeisterdienstleistungen und Gebäudebetreuung wünschenswert
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu witterungsbedingtem Außeneinsatz
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
