  • KOORDINIEREN, MITDENKEN, BEGLEITEN - IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • ✓ Als Ansprechperson für unsere Bauherren vom Vertragsabschluss bis zur Hausaufstellung sorgen Sie mit Ihrem technischen Verständnis dafür, dass alles zusammenpasst
  • ✓ Sie prüfen Baugrundgutachten, kümmern sich um z. B. Genehmigungen, behalten Fristen im Blick und stimmen sich mit Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen (z. B. Architekten, Statiker) sowie mit Behörden ab
  • ✓ Sie behalten das große Ganze im Blick – Schritt für Schritt, mit einer gründlichen Einarbeitung
  • DAS FUNDAMENT FÜR DEN ERFOLG - IHR PROFIL:
  • ✓ Sie haben Berufserfahrung im (Fertighaus-) Baubereich – idealerweise mit technischem, handwerklichem oder planerischem Hintergrund (z. B. Techniker / Vermessungstechniker / Zimmerer / Dachdecker / Bauzeichner / Meister (alle m/w/d))
  • ✓ Gute Kenntnisse gängiger PC-Programme wie z. B. Outlook, Word, Excel bringen Sie mit und sind offen für unternehmensspezifische Programme
  • ✓ Organisation liegt Ihnen, genauso wie der Austausch mit Kunden, Behörden und internen Teams
  • ✓ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
