Für den Standort Hooksiel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen handwerklichen Allrounder (m/w/d), der sich um Gebäude und Technik kümmert.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Heizungen, Klimaanlagen und Lüftungen prüfen und reparieren
  • Fehler finden und beheben, wenn etwas kaputt ist
  • Hausmeisterarbeiten rund um das Gebäude erledigen
  • Angebote für Reparaturen schreiben
  • Mit Kunden und Firmen über Preise sprechen
  • Kurz aufschreiben, was Sie gemacht haben

### Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung im Handwerk, zum Beispiel als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker
  • Erfahrung mit Heizung, Sanitär, Klima oder Lüftung
  • Sie können gut mit Werkzeug umgehen
  • Sie können mit Zahlen umgehen und gut verhandeln
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und zuverlässig
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
