Job Description:

• Works to achieve Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering operational goals with direct impact on achievement of results within area of work. Assists with the creation of process documents for defining user, functional, and technical specifications for new products and recommends improvements.
• Documents outcomes of investigations concerning product/process problems for reference.
• Tests/debugs prototypes of new designs, and verifies and documents that specifications are met.
• Delivers technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents for internal and external distribution.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
