Summary

Evaluates reliability of materials, properties and techniques used in production; plans, designs and develops electronic parts, components, integrated circuitry, mechanical systems, equipment and packaging, optical systems and/or DSP systems.

Job Description

• •Familiar with schematics entry and PCB layout tools, measuring instruments such as high-speed oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc
• •Troubleshoots and debugs noise and malfunction issue down to root causes with respect to circuit design, firmware, PCB and component failures.
• •Work with a multidisciplinary engineering design team: electrical, mechanical, software, quality, technical support, productivity engineers, and suppliers, on the design,
• •Designs hardware to support features that are contained in the product definition.
• •Mentors and develops engineers and technicians.
• •Participates in and supports reviews held by other engineers on related projects and provides useful feedback.
• •Participates in and supports different test phase efforts.
• •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• •Medical device development practices and documentation

Required Candidature:

• •Hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal circuits such as op-amps, control loops, DAC, linear and switching regulators.
• •Develop emulation/prototype systems using FPGA and with algorithm development experience. Xilinx preferable
• •Knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, SerDes, I2C, SMBus, etc (preferable)
• •Knowledge in Ethernet and Wireless communication (preferable)

• •Experience with medical devices and medical device engineering processes
• •MSc with no additional experience considered.
• •Statistics knowledge of analyzing, modeling, and verifying data.
• •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science and 5+ years of relevant experience
