Responsibilities

• •Assist customers with Harley-Davidson parts and accessory purchases.
• •Provide excellent customer service and accurate product information.
• •Support service technicians with parts for repair orders.
• •Maintain organized parts displays and accurate inventory records.
• •Participate in promotional events and dealership activities.

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent required.
• •Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales preferred.
• •Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories highly desirable.
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• •Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• •Proficiency in dealership management systems (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• •Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• •Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
• •Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
