Für unsere freundliche, modern ausgestattete hausärztliche Praxis in Berlin-Schlachtensee suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab 20h/Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang, Anmeldung und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Organisation des Praxisablaufs sowie Termin- und Telefonmanagement
  • Durchführung von Blutentnahmen, Injektionen, EKGs, Lungenfunktionsprüfungen, 24h-Blutdruckmessungen und weiteren diagnostischen Maßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei Untersuchungen und Behandlungen
  • Verwaltung von Patientenakten, Dokumentation und Abrechnung
  • Bearbeitung von Rezepten, Überweisungen und Befunden
  • Hygienemanagement sowie Bestellwesen und Materialverwaltung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freundlicher, empathischer und professioneller Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Praxissoftware (medatixx) und den üblichen MS-Office-Anwendungen ist wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
