  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Housekeeping-Bereich
  • Organisation und Einteilung der täglichen Reinigungsabläufe
  • Führung, Einschulung und Motivation unserer Mitarbeiter_innen
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und höchsten Qualitätsstandards
  • Kontrolle der Gästezimmer sowie der öffentlichen Bereiche
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Rezeption und Haustechnik für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Liebe zum Detail und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung im Housekeeping, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Herzlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
