  • Deine Verantwortung bei uns:
  • Organisation, Koordination und Motivation unseres Housekeeping-Teams - immer auf Augenhöhe und als aktiver Teil des Teams
  • Sicherstellung höchster Sauberkeits- und Qualitätsstandards in Zimmern, Suiten sowie öffentlichen Bereichen
  • Kontrolle der gereinigten Räume hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Funktionalität und Gesamteindruck
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen sowie Einschulung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Verantwortung für Wäsche, Reinigungsmittel und Arbeitsmaterialien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Rezeption, Technik und Spa für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Hotelalltag
  • Dein Profil:
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Housekeeping, idealerweise in der Hotellerie
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Leidenschaft für Qualität, Ordnung, Ästhetik und herzliche Gastfreundschaft
  • Freude an Teamarbeit
