Wir suchen eine engagierte und erfahrene Hausdame/Housekeeper für unsere Reinigungsfirma, die für ein Hotel tätig ist. Wenn Sie über gute Deutschkenntnisse, Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter und PC-Kenntnisse verfügen, dann sind Sie genau die richtige Person für uns.

Aufgaben und Anforderungen:

  • Führung und Koordination des Reinigungsteams
  • Sicherstellung der hohen Reinigungsstandards im Hotel
  • Planung und Organisation der Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Kommunikation mit dem Hotelteam und unseren Mitarbeitern
  • Verwaltung und Überwachung von Reinigungsmaterialien und -equipment

Arbeitsbedingungen:

  • Gehalt: Übertarifliche Bezahlung ab ca. 16,00 € pro Stunde
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, tagsüber sowie am Wochenende mit entsprechender Planungssicherheit
  • Einsatz: Einsatz ab sofort

Anforderungen:

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter/in
  • PC-Kenntnisse erforderlich
  • Fähigkeit, ein Team zu führen und zu motivieren
  • Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
