Stellenbeschreibung: Das Allgäu Resort in Bad Grönenbach startet nach einer umfassenden Modernisierung mit einem Premium-Konzept aus Hotellerie und Medical Wellness. Für die Leitung unseres Housekeepings suchen wir eine zuverlässige Führungspersönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein, Struktur und Teamgeist.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Leitung, Organisation und Qualitätskontrolle des Housekeepings in Zimmern, öffentlichen Bereichen und Spa-Zonen

Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung, Schulung und Einarbeitung des Teams

Sicherstellung und Kontrolle von Reinigungs- und Hygiene-Standards, Wäscheverwaltung und Logistik

Enge Abstimmung mit Rezeption, Haustechnik und Resort-Management

Ihr Profil:

Berufserfahrung als Hausdame, Executive Housekeeper, Objektleitung oder in vergleichbarer Position

Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und durchsetzungsstarke Führungskompetenz

Sichere Deutschkenntnisse für die operative Abstimmung im Haus
