Worum es geht

Wir unterstützen Senioren und pflegebedürftige Menschen im Alltag, damit sie möglichst lange selbstständig zu Hause leben können. Mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden betreuen wir etwa 600 Klienten in Dresden, der Oberlausitz und Leipzig.

Für unser Team in Leipzig suchen wir Haushaltshilfen und Alltagsbegleiter (m/w/d) auf Minijob-Basis. Du besuchst feste Klienten in ihrem Zuhause und bist dort eine verlässliche Hilfe.

Deine Aufgaben

Haushalt

  • Wohnung reinigen, Wäsche waschen und bügeln
  • Einkäufe erledigen
  • Kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten

Alltagsbegleitung

  • Begleitung zu Arztterminen, Behörden und Besorgungen
  • Spaziergänge, Gespräche, Gesellschaft leisten
  • Gemeinsame Beschäftigung wie Spiele, Vorlesen oder Gedächtnistraining

Pflegerische Tätigkeiten gehören nicht dazu.

Das bringst du mit

Voraussetzung

  • Führerschein Klasse B und eigenes Auto. Unsere Klienten wohnen verteilt in Leipzig und Umgebung, ohne Auto sind die Einsätze nicht machbar
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Freundlicher, geduldiger Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Sorgfalt im Haushalt

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung in Haushalt, Betreuung oder Pflege, auch privat
  • Qualifikation nach § 45a SGB XI. Hast du sie noch nicht, kann sie nachgeholt werden

Was wir bieten

  • Minijob mit planbaren, festen Einsätzen bei festen Klienten
  • Einsatzzeiten in Absprache mit dir
  • Bezahlung: 14,00
  • Erstattung der Fahrtkosten: 30 Cent pro Km
  • Einarbeitung und regelmäßige Schulungen
  • Feste Ansprechpartner im Team
