Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Haushaltshilfen (m/w/d).

Wir sind ein neues Unternehmen, mit flachen Hierarchien. Sie vereinbaren Ihre Termine mit den Klienten selbstständig.

Eckdaten zur Stelle:

  • Ihre Aufgaben umfassen vorwiegend die Reinigung und Unterstützung beim Haushalt unserer Klienten.
  • Die Einsätze sind meist vormittags 1- 2 Stunden pro Klient. Unser Einzugsgebiet ist Kassel-Ost, Kaufungen, Lohfelden und Niestetal, daher wäre Führerschein/Fahrzeug wünschenswert, Fahrtkosten werden erstattet.
  • Stundenumfang: in Teilzeit bis zu 20 Stunden, auch Minijob möglich.

Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Wir erwarten ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige und hygienisch einwandfreie Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Erfahrung im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich wird vorausgesetzt.
  • Ein gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Senioren wird geschätzt.
  • Viele unserer Klienten leben allein und haben nur wenige Ansprechpartner, deshalb sind Einfühlungsvermögen und Zuhören sehr wichtig.
