  • Durch interne Schulungen wirst du umfassend auf Deine neuen Aufgaben vorbereitet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du startest mit der aktiven Kundensuche mit unserer Unterstützung.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv Senioren im Haushalt, begleitest bei Arztbesuchen, erledigst Einkäufe oder führst einfach ein nettes Gespräch.
  • Wenn es Dir dann zu stressig wird fängst Du an Dir ein eigenes Team aufzubauen. Selbstverständlich unterstützen wir dich tatkräftig dabei!
