Unser ambulanter Pflegedienst sucht Haushaltshilfen (m/w/d) für den Einsatz in den Bremer Stadtteilen Findorff, Schwachhausen und Oberneuland (Teilzeit, 20 Stunden pro Woche).

Haben Sie Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen, sind freundlich und mobil? Dann passen Sie gut in unser Team.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie unterstützen unsere Pflegekund:innen in deren Zuhause.
  • Ihre Tätigkeiten sind u.a. …
  • Reinigungsarbeiten im Haushalt.
  • Einkaufsgänge und -unterstützung.
  • Hilfe im Garten.
  • Begleitung nach Bedarf.
  • Unterstützung bei Freizeitangeboten in unserer Wohnanlage für Senioren.
