Betreuung mehrerer Wohnimmobilien-Objekte im Großraum Nürnberg

Auf Basis Ihrer handwerklichen oder technische Ausbildung, oder ähnlicher Grundland in Kombination mit langjährigen Erfahrung übernehmen Sie im 2er-Team laufende Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an unseren Wohnimmobilien nach Vorgabe der Teamleitung. Zudem werden im Bedarfsfalle technische Hausmeister-Tätigkeiten übernommen.

Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektroinstallation, Sanitärinstallation oder Innenausbau/Trockenbau wünschenswert

Fahrzeuge und Ausrüstung sind vollständig vorhanden und werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Mindestens Führerschein Klasse B notwendig

Standort: 90518 Altdorf

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (Vollzeit bevorzugt)
