Wir suchen eine erfahrene Pflegekraft als Hausleitung Dialyse (m/w/d) für unseren Standort Hamburg Schlankreye in Vollzeit (35h/Woche).

Sie möchten den nächsten Karriereschritt gehen, ohne den direkten Kontakt zu Patient*innen und Kolleg*innen aufzugeben? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Für unser Dialysezentrum Hamburg Schlankreye suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegekraft mit Leidenschaft für die Patientenbetreuung sowie Führungskompetenz und Organisationsstärke.

  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Betreuung und Versorgung unserer Dialysepatient*innen
  • Fachliches führen, begleiten und fördern des Pflegeteams im Arbeitsalltag
  • Erstellen von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen sowie Koordination von Vertretungslösungen
  • Durchführen von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Begleitung neuer Kolleg*innen
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Dokumentationsstandards
  • Erkennen und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in den Arbeitsabläufen
  • Unterstützen einer positiven Teamkultur und hoher Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege oder als MFA (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Dialyse
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und andere Menschen zu fördern
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle ist von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamgeist und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden
  • Fachliche Führungsverantwortung mit hohem Praxisbezug statt reiner Bürotätigkeit
  • Freistellung von Pflegetätigkeiten für die Leitungs- und Führungsaufgaben an 1 Tag/ Woche
  • Planbare Arbeitszeiten und eine gute Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben ohne Nachtdienst oder Sonntagsarbeit, Spätdienst nur bis 19 Uhr
  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung und persönliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
  • Moderne Arbeitsbedingungen und hohe Qualitätsstandards
