Über uns

Der Centhof ist ein Einkaufszentrum in Fulda in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Routinemäßige Überprüfung der technischen Anlagen
  • Störungsdokumentation
  • Durchführung kleiner Reparaturarbeiten
  • Betreuung der Aufzugsanlagen
  • Organisation und Begleitung Wartungsfirmen
  • Reinigung Tiefgarage
  • Terrassenpflege und Winterdienst
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter im Haus
  • Mängelmanagement

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

  • Handwerkliche Ausbildung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Freundliches Auftreten
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B

  • 35 Stunden pro Woche
