Wir betreuen rund 4.500 Wohneinheiten in über acht Bundesländern und realisieren mit unseren vielseitigen Fachbereichen Projekte in den Bereichen Neubau, Altbau, Sanierung, Facility-Management und Immobilienverwaltung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen und engagierten Hausmeister / Allrounder (m/w/d) auf Minijob-Basis für unsere Liegenschaften in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung kleiner Reparaturarbeiten
  • Pflege und Instandhaltung von Grünanlagen
  • Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten rund um die Immobilie
  • Kontrolle der Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Objekt

Sie...

  • verfügen idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • haben vorzugswiese erste Erfahrung als Hausmeister oder Allrounder
  • sind auch als motivierter Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) herzlich willkommen
  • arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und sorgfältig
