Für zwei Anwesen, in München und am Ammersee, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Hausmeister / Allrounder (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20 Stunden).

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen sämtliche klassischen Hausmeistertätigkeiten und bringen dabei Ihre ausgeprägte Vielseitigkeit ein. Als Allrounder behalten Sie den Überblick, packen motiviert an und denken mit. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Ausführen kleinerer Reparaturen und handwerklicher Arbeiten
  • Objektpflege und Kontrolle der Haustechnik (z. B. Heizung, Beleuchtung)
  • Sicherstellen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf den Anwesen
  • Ansprechpartner für Teamkollegen, Dienstleister und Handwerksfirmen
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige Erledigung aller anstehenden Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit nachweislicher Erfahrung im Bereich Hausmeister‑/Allroundertätigkeiten. Sie verfügen über:

  • Handwerkliches und technisches Geschick
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, Überblick und die Fähigkeit, anzupacken
  • Führerschein Klasse B
