Wir sind ein mittelständisches Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit 190 Mitarbeitern (m/w/d) in 4 Bundesländern und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für ein Objekt in Jena einen Hausmeister.

Die Anstellung erfolgt auf Minijobbasis.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Technische Räume überwachen und sauber halten
  • Überwachung und Ausführung von Kleinreparaturen der mechanischen Einrichtungen, wie Türschließautomaten, Zylinder, Federbänder, Schlösser, Feuerhemmtüren
  • Ablesen der Messeinrichtungen für Strom, Gas, Wasser
  • Bereitstellen der Mülltonnen entsprechend Tourenplan
  • Mülltonnenplatz sauber halten
  • Papier und Unrat von Außenflächen, Grünflächen beseitigen
  • Unkraut von Außenflächen, Beetflächen entfernen, Beetflächen auflockern
  • Verkehrsflächen kehren
  • fachgerechte Entsorgung
  • Prüfung der Abläufe, Einläufe, Fallrohre auf Verstopfung, Beseitigung bei Einsatz von Leiter bis 3,0 m Höhe
  • Rasenpflegearbeiten, Beseitigung Schnittgut
  • Hecke, Büsche, kleine Bäume verschneiden
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der Spielplatzanlage
  • Winterdienst
  • Protokollführung
  • Arbeitszeiten: variable Einsatztage nach Absprache
  • Arbeitsbeginn: ab 7:00 Uhr
