Ihre Aufgaben:
- selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Arbeiten in allen Bereichen des Hausmeisterdiensts
- Durchführung von kleineren Unterhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten im Gebäude
- Ihre Hauptaufgaben liegen in der Objektbetreuung, Grünanlagenpflege, Winterdienst sowie der Reparatur von kleineren Schäden am Gebäude bzw. in den Wohnungen.
Ihr Profil:
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Handwerksberuf oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Selbstständigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit sowie Flexibilität
- soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit sowie kommunikatives Einfühlungsvermögen
- fachübergreifendes Grundverständnis im Bereich Haustechnik sowie handwerkliches Geschick
- deutsche Sprache muss soweit vorhanden sein, dass eine Verständigung möglich ist
- Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
