Wir suchen ab sofort zuverlässige und motivierte Hausmeister (m/w/d) für die Betreuung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien in Freiburg im Breisgau.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Pflege von Grünanlagen, allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten sowie kleinere Instandhaltungs- und Malerarbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Pflege von Immobilien
  • Durchführung kleiner Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Pflege von Grünanlagen und Außenanlagen
  • Rasenmähen
  • Heckenschneiden und Strauchschnitt
  • Unkrautbeseitigung
  • Pflege von Gehwegen und Hofflächen
  • Maler- und Streicharbeiten
  • Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten
  • Kontrolle von Gebäuden und technischen Einrichtungen
  • Meldung von Schäden und Mängeln
  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten Erscheinungsbildes der Objekte

Ihr Profil

  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Motivation
  • Berufserfahrung im Hausmeisterservice oder Handwerk von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
