- Durchführung aller allgemeinen Hausmeister- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an unserem Verwaltungsstandort
- Eigenständige Übernahme von Reparaturen und Installationsarbeiten im Bereich Elektrik, Schlosserei und Mechanik
- Regelmäßige Kontrolle und Inspektion der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen im Haus
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Wartungsarbeiten durch externe Dienstleister
- Überwachung von Ordnung, Sicherheit und Sauberkeit
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung als Elektriker, Schlosser, Haustechniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Solide Vorkenntnisse in der Instandhaltung von Gebäuden oder Betriebstechnik
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an praktischer, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit
- Zuverlässigkeit, bodenständiges Auftreten
- Führerschein der Klasse B
