  • Als Hausmeister/Haustechniker (m/w/d) übernimmst Du bei unserem Kunden aus dem Facility Management eigenverantwortlich diese Tätigkeiten:
  • Durchführen von kleineren Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Sicherheitsinspektionen mit Dokumentation
  • Sicherstellen der Objektsauberkeit inkl. Außenanlagen
  • Einhalten der Hausordnung
  • Entsorgungsmanagement
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter vor Ort

Das bringst Du mit:

  • abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gelernten Beruf
  • gern handwerkliche Allround-Talente
  • Erfahrung als Hausmeister wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Übernahme der Rufbereitschaft (ca. 6-7x im Jahr)
