### Stellenbeschreibung

  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten in Bürobereichen, Produktionshallen sowie auf dem gesamten Betriebsgelände
  • Ausführung einfacher Reparaturarbeiten (z. B. Austausch von Beleuchtung, Rohrreinigung, Möbelmontage, Ausbesserung von Wänden usw.)
  • Unterstützung bei der Überprüfung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima- und elektrischen Anlagen sowie Meldung von Störungen
  • Durchführung interner Umzüge, Vorbereitung von Räumlichkeiten sowie Aufbau von Veranstaltungen

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in relevanten Bereichen (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Heizungs-/Klimatechnik, Gebäudewartung)
  • Handwerkliches Geschick; Besitz eines Elektrikerscheins / Sicherheitszertifikats oder Erfahrung im Facility Management von Vorteil
  • Gute körperliche Verfassung und Belastbarkeit für körperliche Tätigkeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Deutschkenntnisse zur Kommunikation im Arbeitsumfeld erforderlich
