  • Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
  • Durchführung allgemeiner handwerklicher Arbeiten (u. a. Malerarbeiten, PVC verlegen, Kleinreparaturen)
  • Hausmeistertätigkeiten sowie regelmäßige Objektkontrollen
  • Unterstützung bei Instandhaltungs- und Pflegearbeiten
  • Anforderungen:
  • Handwerkliche Erfahrung bzw. ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Arbeitszeit / Vertrag:
  • Vollzeit: 40 Stunden/Woche
  • Unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis
  • Arbeitsbeginn: nach Vereinbarung
