Hausmeister/in für

Ihre Aufgaben:

Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten

Reinigung, Pflege und Instandhaltung des Grundstücks

Bedienung und Kontrolle der Heizung und sonstiger

Haustechnik

Schadensmeldung und Überwachung von Reparaturen

Erledigung der erforderlichen Dokumentationen

Auf- und Abbau von Mobiliar

Übernahme des Schließdienstes/von Kontrollgängen

Durchführung von Dienstgängen

Erledigung des Winterdienstes

Ihr Profil:

Idealerweise abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung im Bauhaupt- oder -nebengewerbe mit mehrjähriger

Berufserfahrung und guten Deutschkenntnissen.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Hausmeistertätigkeit und

entsprechende Fachkompetenz

EDV-Grundkenntnisse (MS Office)

Körperliche Belastbarkeit

Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit

Führerschein Klasse B (ehemals 3)

Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, auch an Wochen -

enden und in den Abendstunden, sowie Rufbereitschaft
