  • DAS BIETEN WIR IHNEN:
  • o Arbeitsort: Raum Wolfsberg
  • o Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team
  • o interessante und herausfordernde Tätigkeit
  • o Dauerdienstverhältnis auf Vollzeitbasis im Ausmaß von 39 Stunden pro Woche
  • o Arbeitszeiten:
  • Montag - Donnerstag 7:00 - 16:00 Uhr
  • Freitag 7:00 - 11:30 Uhr
  • o Mindestbruttoentgelt beträgt 18,-- EUR pro Stunde - Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
  • TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH:
  • o Instandhaltung, Pflege von Gebäuden und Außenanlagen im Raum Wolfsberg
  • o Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften (Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutz, Hygiene, Notausgänge, etc.)
  • o Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen
  • o Mithilfe bei Wartung von technischen Anlagen
  • o Saisonelle Arbeiten:
  • Winterdienst mit Schneeräumen, Sand oder Splitt streuen oder gegebenenfalls Auftausalz
  • im Sommer Grünlandpflege: Rasen mähen und Hecken schneiden
  • QUALIFIKATIONEN:
  • o Führerschein B und eigener PKW erforderlich
  • o Kenntnisse in Installations- bzw. Elektrobereich von Vorteil
  • o handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • o körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu Arbeit im Freien
  • o zuverlässige, genaue Arbeitsweise
  • o hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • o angenehmes, gepflegtes Auftreten
  • o Diskretion und Verlässlichkeit
  • o ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse
