Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Instandhaltung von Außen- und Grünanlagen
  • Kleine technische Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten im und am Gebäude
  • Allgemeine Hausmeisteraufgaben
  • Sicherer und pünktlicher Chauffeurdienst
  • Arbeitszeit: 5 Tage pro Woche, ca. 30-35 Stunden

Ihr Profil

  • Gepflegtes und freundliches Erscheinungsbild
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und handwerkliche Erfahrung
  • Zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden nach Bedarf
  • Führerschein der Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
  • Fortgeschritten Deutschkenntnisse - um Arbeitsanweisungen lesen und verstehen zu können

Ausländische Bewerber/innen mit gültiger Arbeitserlaubnis oder EU-Bürger/innen nur mit fortgeschrittenen Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift um Sicherheits- und Arbeitsanweisungen lesen und verstehen zu können.

Die Stelle wird vorerst in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung besetzt und bei entsprechender Eignung ist die spätere Übernahme in ein Dienstverhältnis bei unserem Kunden vorgesehen.

Der Lohn/die Gehaltsangabe bezieht sich auf eine durchschnittliche monatliche Arbeitszeit von 167 Stunden und beträgt mind. € 2.571,94 brutto/Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). Überzahlung möglich.
