Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Hausmeister/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

  • Wir sind ein regional tätiges Tiefbau-Unternehmen im stetigen Wachstum. Bei uns arbeitest du in einem familiären Umfeld mit gutem Betriebsklima an einem modernen Arbeitsplatz.
  • Unser Tätigkeitsfeld erstreckt sich von Baugruben für Einfamilienhäuser bis zum Industriebau für Gewerbeobjekte. Abwechslung ist also auf jeden Fall garantiert.

Was dich erwartet:

  • ▶️ Hausmeistertätigkeiten rund um unsere Betriebsgebäude sowie Pflege der Außenanlagen
  • ▶️ Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Arbeiten auf dem Betriebsgelände sowie Kurierfahrten
  • ▶️ Organisation und Betreuung unseres Tiefbaulagers, sowie Betriebshofes
  • ▶️ Annahme, Kontrolle und Einlagerung von Rohren, Baustoffen und Ersatzteilen
  • ▶️ Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Werkzeugen, Maschinen und Materialien
  • ▶️ Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Lager, auf dem Betriebshof und in den Betriebsgebäuden
  • ▶️ Koordination bzw. Vorbereitung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • ▶️ Schönheitsreparaturen an Gebäuden, Malerarbeiten etc.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • ▶️ körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie eine hohe Motivation
  • ▶️ Verlässlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit, insbesondere beim selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • ▶️ Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • ▶️ Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
