Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen zuverlässigen Hausmeister (m/w/d), der unsere Miet- und Gewerbeobjekte im Bördekreis sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich betreut.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Objektbetreuung Miet- und Gewerbeobjekte
  • kleinere Reparaturarbeiten und andere handwerkliche Tätigkeiten
  • bei Bedarf Winterdienst
  • Rasen mähen
  • Strauch- und Baumschnitt
  • Reinigung der Außenanlagen
  • Entsorgung Sperrmüll

### Ihr Profil:

  • Selbständiges Organisieren der Arbeit und ein freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Mietern und Gästen
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und handwerkliche Fähigkeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
