Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Hausmeister (m/w/d)

Ihre Tätigkeit:

  • Durchführung von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten an Gebäuden und Einrichtungen
  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der Außenanlagen
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Haustechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitäranlagen)
  • Renovierungsarbeiten
  • Durchführung des Winterdienstes
  • Botengänge

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudemanagement oder Haustechnik
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

Konditionen:

  • Vollzeit
  • Zunächst befristet auf 12 Monate- mit Übernahmeoption
  • Gehalt nach Vereinbarung, bitte teilen Sie uns Ihre Gehaltsvorstellung mit
