Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unsere Objekte in Nagold + 15km Umkreis.

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Überwachung und Kontrolle von Gebäuden und Außenanlagen
  • Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Pflege von Grünflächen, Gehwegen und Parkplätzen
  • Winterdienst (Schneeräumen, Streuen)
  • Bedienung, Kontrolle und Wartung technischer Anlagen (Heizung, Beleuchtung, Sanitär)
  • Reinigungstätigkeiten und Müllentsorgung
  • Koordination und Überwachung externer Handwerksfirmen
  • Durchführung von Sicherheits- und Sichtkontrollen
  • Dokumentation von Mängeln und Schäden
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewohner, Mitarbeiter oder Besucher

Technisches und handwerkliches Verständnis setzen wir voraus.
