### Das bringst du mit

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, idealerweise zum Facility-Manager (w/m/d)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in einem filialisierten Unternehmen
  • wünschenswert eine Qualifizierung zur Elektrofachkraft für festgelegte Tätigkeiten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Du bist handwerklich als auch technisch versiert und beherrscht den Umgang mit dem iPhone und iPad als primäres Kommunikationsmittel
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Reisebereitschaft (tagesweise) innerhalb unseres Filialgebiets

### Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Eigenständige Betreuung unserer Filialen mit festgelegten Routenplänen
  • Kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in für alle hausmeisterlichen Belange im Unternehmen
  • Betreuung unserer Filialen sowie unseres Zentralgebäudes in Bezug auf Instandhaltung (Kleininstandsetzungs- und Reparaturarbeiten)
  • Durchführung von Kontrollintervallen innerhalb unserer Filialen
  • Unterstützung bei internen Bauprojekten (z.B. Filialumbau)
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Bestellungen (z.B. Werkzeug, Ersatzteile etc.)
