  • Für unsere Wohnanlagen in Rödental suchen wir zum schnellstmöglichen Termin eine/einen
  • Hausmeister*in (m/w/d)
  • in Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden)
  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Pflege der Außenanlagen Winterdienst Überwachungspflichten Überwachung der beauftragten Handwerksfirmen Kundenbetreuung Vertretungsweise Wohnungsübergaben und -abnahmen.
  • Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
  • Handwerkliches Grundverständnis & Spaß an wechselnden Aufgaben Führerschein Klasse B Sicherheit und Umgänglichkeit im Kontakt mit Kunden Selbständiges Arbeiten Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse
