### Worum es geht

Wir sind eine hochwertige Eventlocation mit Schwerpunkt Hochzeiten . Damit unsere Villa, Innenräume und Parkanlage jederzeit in Bestform sind, suchen wir einen zuverlässigen Hausmeister (m/w/d) , der anpackt, mitdenkt und Dinge sauber zu Ende bringt – mit fairer Bezahlung, attraktiven Bonuszahlungen und echten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Instandhaltung & Pflege der Parkanlage und Außenbereiche (Grünpflege, Wege, Ordnung, saisonale Arbeiten)
  • Kleinreparaturen & Wartungen in und am Gebäude (Innenräume, Ausstattung, Technik-Basics)
  • Vorbereitung & Unterstützung rund um Events (z. B. Auf-/Abbauhilfe, kleinere Umbauten, Möbel bewegen, Außenbereiche vorbereiten)
  • Kontrollgänge : Schäden erkennen, Lösungen vorschlagen, Materialbedarf melden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (bei größeren Reparaturen)

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes Auge fürs Detail
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise (du siehst Arbeit und erledigst sie)
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit (gelegentlich tragen/stellen)
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Freundliches Auftreten – wir sind eine Hochzeitslocation (Gäste sehen dich ggf. vor Ort)
